ran E from LM today instead - less shady, but still pretty nice - heat was a killer today - worked outside on the farm all day - drank a ton of water but was still a bit behind and also got burned a bit - need to pull the sunscreen out - two pit stops - after that all was great - legs felt good at this pace - strides afterward also felt good - I FINALLY got myself to do strides! - for future reference, I have decided to enter a weight of "1 lb" whenever I DON'T wear my inserts - this will help keep track of the effect this has on calf problems -
