ran with Dec, Talbot, Alex, and Frigo at the cottage as soon as we got up - it was perfect weather and I actually felt pretty good - legs were definitely beat up from yesterday which made the pace seem faster than it was - but a bit sore but otherwise pretty good - I kinda pushed the pace the entire time - big bfast after and then we drove back to C-U which was another 4hr cramped and painful ride - a few random twinges in my arches again later in the day
