sun and heat really killed me today - im also just really exhausted - did this alone and it felt like a death march - L calf really tight again and had o stop twice to stretch it - hosed down legs after but still haven't iced in a long time - ice cup R foot at night because it was getting a little sore - 7:09 first mile
