met fort atkinson high school team and Jones Park in town - VERY HOT AND HUMID - ran with Spencer Agnew & Jake Burrow- really pushed with lots of hills (it was definitely easier for them) - back sore from massage earlier today and stomach pretty full - unfortunately had to stop after this part to talk and exchange numbers with everyone - hope to contact Agnew and meet up some more - after15 minute break I continued on to run more
