Crete-Monee Invite - 2nd Flight - new course - really different from past years - more hills - upper body felt great but legs just wouldn't move - all times were slower today but I was particularily slow - splits were 5:33, 5:47ish, and 6:00 - really died at end - in my flight there was the lead pack with most of the runners and then a few stragglers with me behind - they were only like 10 seconds ahead at the first mile (where I should have been) but then everyone spread out - instep and hip flexor actually pretty good after
