really felt the cold today - flet like crap on warm up - cold air really hit me - legs tight from sitting all day - just not used to this stuff yet! - felt better after stretch, but this run definitely felt harder than it should have - rain/sleet the entire time - got a second wind havlf way through but mainly had ups and downs - left calf much better today but still tight enough to screw uup lower back a little from unevenness
