training for steeple in the spring officially starts today - after a full week off and semi-recovery from my stress and sleep deprivation induced miserableness, I am excited to begin training again - I think I will swim and lift this week and then start adding in some running next week once I completely get rid of my remaining cold - my form was definitely a bit rusty and I lost some of my progress that I made in my first spurt of swimming over a month ago, but it wasn't too bad - indoor pool is definitely a bit warmer, but having to swim only 25m before turning around is kinda weird
