Easy run - really hot.
Also, strange run. Ankle really bothered me for the first couple of miles - then all of sudden was totally fine. So I was REALLY slow for two miles, then a medium-hard run after that.
When I was almost finished, I came across a young woman who wasn't doing so well (high or something). She was struggling to stay conscious. someone walking past with two young kids called the police for help, but kept their distance. I kept talking to the woman to try and keep her attention until the police arrived. Scary. Makes me think I should run with my phone more often just for this type of thing.
