About me:
Fairly new to the Lone Star State, native NYCer. I have been running since the 80s but this year, I fell off the wagon and stopped everything fitness wise. I am making my way back to running after a year hiatus. I have never run a race since the 80s but run for pure enjoyment. |
Why do I run:
It's a mental thing for me. It relaxs me, sets me in the right frame of mind. Its my "me" time. It keeps me sane. |
Why I started running:
Something my dad and I could do together. |
