Good run overall. Felt pretty crappy early. Stomach cramps. Back spasms and very sore calves through the day. Just did the loop 3 times. First loop pretty easy and slow. Next one inadvertantly substantially faster. Last one, attempted to slow down, and was successful for the first mile (6:37). The last mile in 5:32. Too fast overall, but glad to get through. Was very unmotivated again today. I think the transition back to work, and not having time to run until late had me down a little, but again made myself start, and it was worth it.
