Rt. quad and left butt cheek are sore from the last few days. Lower ab (hernia?) has been very sore again for a few days and was also bothering me. At least the blisters on my feet are much better. Regardless of the little aches, I actually felt good, so kind of involuntarily picked up the pace, progressively throughout the run. 6:53 first mile and 13:25 through 2. 17:48 over last 3. Should have kept it easier, but it was nice to open up a bit.
