W/ Nathan. My guess is that this one was a bit short, but I can't measure it, and I really don't care. First couple miles were quite slow. Humidity was insane again. This is going to be an extremely challenging week of running for me. The heat is only supposed to get worse, and I'm going to have much less time on my hands with Bethany's family coming in. I need to keep getting up for these morning jaunts.
