Legs were pretty beat from trekking all over NYC yesterday. Knee was still sore, but not nearly as bad. Shaved my knee and did the wrap better this time. Supposed to race, but fatigue from yesterday, slightly sprained ankle, sore knee, and a few inches of snow swayed me away from that. Was VERY slick on the roads and sidewalks. Ran about half of the run on the bike path. Snow covered, but flat and undisturbed, thus decent footing. Nice path to run along.
