Tempo ran part of the Thanksgiving day 10K. Planned on better quality, but didn't get anywhere near the starting line. Took 3 minutes to get there after the race started. Spent the first 3 miles weaving through thousands of slow runners. Effort was MUCH more than the time. Went through 3 miles in 19:29. 5:55 and 5:57 the last two of Tempo. Was pretty sore (calves cramped) and exhausted from the riduculous weaving the first 3 miles. W/ Chad, Nathan, J.T. Belcher, and Court.
