Notes
No set surges or anything. 6:29, 5:52, 5:31, 5:25. Started easy, picked up the pace gradually. Slowed down at the next two 1 mile marks, and started running hard again when my body told me it was okay. Nice run. Should have ran long, but I felt horrible all day...slept 9 hrs last night and 3 more during the day, then had a stupid banquet. Anyway, I really need to get things back on track.
