Easy run. Felt crappy and unmotivated before, and early in the run. Felt better as it went. Left achilles was a little stiff. Wind was cold. Not looking forward to tomorrows long day of subbing band, and then a brutal workout. I'm somehow sick again. Sore throat and losing voice.
