LTP of 9:37 and LTHR of 159

The protocol:

- 1 mile warmup to starting pace

- Run at a pace that you think you can hold for 30 minutes but no longer. Record the distance and the average heart rate of the final 20 minutes of this 30. Average pace and heart rate, assuming you get the intensity right, should be your LT pace and heart rate.

- Cool down
