Ran with Emma, Brenna, and Moran Lonning, a potential runner for next year's XC and track seasons. Felt surprisingly fresh after a number of longer runs already logged this week. I hope we represented the Luther running communite well, Moran seemed to enjoy herself and is genuinely interested.
