Notes

"Workout" on the treadmill to try to get some pop and energy back into the legs.

Did 4x3 min @ tempo effort, and 4x30 seconds "fast".

Nothing was fast. And it was comical. But it felt good to stretch out a little bit. My legs are definitely still disproportionately fatigued. I have an engine right now, and it was funny for my lungs and legs to be feeling so differently. My legs were definitely fatiguing, and I'm not sure my heart rate got above 145. Hah. Good times.
