Notes

4 miles on the soft surfaces of the grass and horse trails at Elm Creek.

pain free, whoop whoop. Was very glad of that after a big week not necessarily of volume but definitely of quality.

Got the run in pre-ski practice so that it wasn't already fatigued for running.

For both the run and the ski I just had absolutely nothing to give. I'm sick and I think that had something to do with it, but mostly I think its from workouts 4/4 days this week and then also leading strength and pilates sessions for about 3 hours each day. It was nice to have a day off yesterday and it was nice to only have 4 on the schedule for today.

Looking for hopefully a longer day tomorrow!
