can you explain to me more how you do the plate circuit?

Everything with a 25 pound plate held by both hands. 12 reps per exercise. No break between exercises, 2 min break between sets

1. Steering well, hold out in from of you arms fully extended, and rotate like a steering wheel. 1 rep is a rotation right and left

2. push press overhead

3. Triceps extension behind head

4. Bentover row

5. Bicep curl

Nice! Someday I'll have to get a plate. I bet that an 8lb. med ball will be a sufficient challenge for now, though. :)
