pleased with this one. Nothing too impressive, but good, honest work.
I certainly haven't done a threshold mile repeat workout with these splits before, so that's encouraging. But more so it felt like it was true, tempo effort. Still working on troubleshooting the stomach- it was still a factor today. But given the past 4-5days, I'm quite pleased.
Worked into a bit on the first one, which I don't regret, and I'm happy with the relative consistency.
