Really solid L3 workout with Anders at Elm Creek.
Workout was 4x [2.5k hard, half a lap easy]
The 2.5k pieces were taking me about 7.5 minutes, and the recovery ended up being about 4.5 minutes
It got UGLY, in a good way, especially the third one. And then on the 4th one I did a better job of skiing efficiently even through fatigue. This is something that Anders and I have talked a lot about, and something we both still need to work on, and this was a great workout to practice that.
