2 mile warm-up and 3 mile cool down to round out the 18 mile long run I needed this weekend.

Was really nice to have Anders' company on the bike for both of these. His company helped keep me less nervous and anxious pre-race, and it was fun to have company for a celebratory cool down-especially for one that was over 2 miles long on legs that were already 15 mile into the day.
