3x push up and sit up ladder with my kiddo at practice.

We did stations at practice and I ran the strength/core station the whole time. Each time I offered ice cream to any athlete who could beat me in the ladder, and nobody could. It became increasingly more impressive as the practice went on, as the ladder is hard, and towards the end i was on my third ladder and the kids were fresh.

Weak baby children didn’t stand a chance ;)

After practice also did some brief yoga/stretching/strength stuff to get the old IT bands ready to run with Anders.
