4 miles outside with Yarrow and Anna Murray. The temps and the wind were pretty mild and it was a lovely morning to be out. The sunrise is getting earlier and morning runs are getting lighter, yay!!
Then inside for a workout on the track. Yarrow and Anna opted to stay outside and do a few tempo pieces.
10x400m @ mile.
I've come to really like this workout. It's hard by the end, and taxes both the aerobic and neurological systems a bit. The paces were fast today and my legs were definitely fatigued on the last 3 repeats.
One mile cool down on the indoor track before lifting.
