Meh. I'm definitely sick, I definitely have allergies bad this week, and my body is definitely running at about 75%.
This workout felt exactly like that. Didn't feel fit at all, and felt slow and sluggish.
However, I'm not going to let it bother me. I raced really well on Saturday, and I know its just the nature of being run-down and sick.
10x200 @ slightly faster than 1500m pace
