yup, 200m jog between each. Maybe I should just start putting that in there, because apparently people like to know these things.

Seriously. We're mileage twins, which I was excited to comment on...until I read your post and realized that my 9 miles does not in any way equate to yours...plus your lift and core work. Ugh! (I mean that in a friendly and slightly...or excessively...envious way)

Also, you know this job I have, I have time and the resources and ability to get training done. Next year that will change, might as well be taking advantage of it right now. If I didn't I'm sure I would regret it.
