Track workout today.

Felt good and strong.

Brutal wind. Oriented my pieces so that I was finishing with the wind. Steve would have been proud.

Running somewhere between 4:35 and 4:40 pace for these. Mostly guess work regarding race paces right now, but after next weekend I'll have a better idea!

Reps 8-10 felt hard, and I'm very happy with the amount of work today. But I also finished feeling as though I could have run 1-2 more reps without slowing down. Good sweet spot.

My calves and my butt will be sore tomorrow.
