3 miles easy with Anders on a B-E-A-Utiful day :) It's good to be running this time of year.
We went 3 and then he dropped me at LA Fitness so I could do some stretching and do my PT lifting exercises.
Again, this felt like a very normal run, which was great. Dreaming of big races and high mileage to come.
For this week, 18-20 miles is on the schedule.
