UGH. this was a bad one. Bad cramps, tired legs, uninspired. Last mile I was so done with it that I decided to do a strength fartlek to break things up. Ran 1 minute, then did a strength exercise for 1 minute. Made the run much better. Will probably include more of that this winter, in the form of sprints and then strength exercises. Have done it before and seen great results.
