Actually felt pretty good outside today! Probably because the weather was mild, the sun was out, and the sidewalks, though not plowed, were packed enough that footing was pretty decent for most of it.

I was able to come home after school and watch the last bit of the XC ski world championships (Anders and I are now mourning the fact that they're over and we have nothing to watch), and the men's 50k was soo good!!!!!

I watched the first half, then used that excitement and motivation to get me out for a run in the sunshine, and then came back and did some stretching and foam rolling while I watched the second half.

Also, got the garmin connect app to work on my phone (finally set it up) so I can directly import runs/workouts from my garmin to RA. Seems unnecessary, but a fun toy to play with for a while. And that's why the distances and times are so specific. For what its worth, I still just run, and finish when I get to our driveway, and that will always be good enough.
