post-run to stretch out.

I haven't done it as much this week with end of school craziness, Track craziness, and bumping my mileage and therefore needing to budget more time to running, and I can feel it in my knee.

I absolutely cannot let the yoga go as my mileage increases, because it has proven to be integral for my health right now. Probably not realistic to do it everyday, but probably 4 days a week is necessary- even if some days its none of the strength and just the stretching parts of it.
