Dakota Trail

Notes

I needed this run.

I went with Anders and we ran a loop on the Dakota Trail, and he let me just be overwhelmed with lots of transitions happening right now, and we talked, and we laughed, and by the end I felt much better. It was nice to have just an easy run, with no skiing, and feel good, and feel light, both mentally and physically.

Goal right now is to hit 30 miles per week? ish? That's what I'm going with during this down time.
