Had a fantastic distance run this morning. On the trails of east rock park and out and around the perimeter a ways.
My footsteps were light and I couldn't stop smiling, and my mindset was of complete giddiness for the weekend ahead.....
I LOVE your happiness! It radiates all the way from New Haven to Grand Marais! :)
