Just absolutely nailed my last workout before race day in 11 days.

Times are not particularly legitimate, because I ran the entire 2nd half with, I bet, a 20 mph tail wind, and thats not an exaggeration. But boy oh boy did it feel good.

Mentally I needed to feel good and nail a long effort this fall, because I really haven't done that yet. So even with the wind aid, mentally, I will certainly take it and chalk it up as a major victory.
