7 easy with Anders before practice.

Usually I would have lifted today, but legs are still absolutely destroyed from Saturday. Imagine that, you don't really do any speed for almost a year, and then you try to race 2 miles and its tough on the legs. Huh, weird.

Push the lifting back to tomorrow or Wednesday, depending upon how the legs feel.

But the knee still feels good. Victory.
