Good threshold workout yesterday. 3 mile warm-up and strides beforehand.

5x1mile @ threshold, 1 min jog between each; Goal split was 6:37.

Actual splits were 6:37, 6:42, 6:38, 6:48, 6:35

The fourth one had two significant uphills and a decent number of 90 degree turns in it, and I think effort-wise was pretty consistent with the others. The second one, I don't know, probably just relaxed a little too much after finding the pace on the first one.

Overall pretty happy with it. First three felt really comfortable, the last two got hard. This threshold pace stuff is still new to me. And at almost every moment I would like to run either faster or slower, both would feel more comfortable. I'm learning how to feel uncomfortable, which I think is the goal?
