Easy, 2 mile run.

I'm hella fit right now, but not running fit, HAH!

Woof!

Ran about 2 miles, and did the middle 6 minutes at tempo or faster than tempo. Got a lot of work to do if I'm going to try to race in a few weeks! Yikes!

Also, apart from the alumni meet motivation, I really would like to be building some running mileage back into my schedule. Skiing, yes, is my love and grind right now, but come spring its going to be a lot easier to spring board off of 15-25 miles/week than it will be to spring board off of 2 miles/week. Goal is to run 3-4 days this week.
