4 miles with Anders after he got home from being out of town for the week, and then 2 solo after he was done. We talked about funny ski racing stories from high school and I told him about funny moments from coaching this week. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and felt great. Didn't want to stop, so added 2 more, and probably would have kept going a bit further had we not been in a time crunch.
Yay for fun and running feeling good. And yay for iron? Maybe?
