Great workout today on a beautiful and chilly fall afternoon. My legs felt light and had a great amount of spark. I left my apartment considering a workout to keep things interesting, and this one just sort of came out as I went. It was a great effort, nothing too taxing, and made me feel fit, especially for this time of year. That's always a great feeling to have.
