Notes

Didn’t quite get to mile pace, but I’m definitely pleased with the workout. It got hard, but the turnover was there. Hamstrings were the muscle group that fatigued first and I pretty much went to the well towards the end. I didn’t cheat the 60sec rest until the last two reps, and then I did just a little bit to see what I could do.

Calf was a non-issue, which was great.

Cool down was really short because the heat was starting to affect me a ton. Needed water and to be out of the sun badly.
