Notes

Ran 3 easy with Anders and then did 4 strides. First strides in a long time. Didn't feel good, as is to be expected, but by the 3rd and 4th I felt like I could do the stride motion without feeling clumsy. So there's something.

Running is starting to feel normal again, and I like it!
