Notes

Had a meeting at 9am and was going to run before it, but woke up starving so opted to eat breakfast instead. Got out for a run around 10am after the meeting. It was hot, but I was only out for an easy effort after a good workout yesterday, so it wasn't too bad. I ran a route that has a decent amount of shade and consciously kept the pace under control.
