Got out after classes finished this evening, and I knew my body was calling for another easy day post-race before any attempt at some quality again.

I headed out planning for 5-6 and kept the pace consciously relaxed. Legs felt heavy to start, and there was noticeable fatigue in my quads and in my calves. However as the run progressed I felt better and better, and by the end I was easily clipping along at a brisk pace. I would consider it a very successful recovery run.
