Easy 2.5 miles easy with the kiddos, and then some hill and track fartleks to get them a little intensity and do a little sharpening for Thursday this week. Lots of coaching energy being put into thinking about tapers during this part of the season.

300, 200, 100 on the track, at slightly faster than race pace
