Notes

8 mile run with Anders before he went to work for the night shift.

I'm thankful for the fact that we are both runners on days like this. He wakes up around 4pm and has to be home getting ready for work by 6pm. If he has to get a run or a workout in, accompanying him for that is the only way I get to see him. Happy that I get to do that during these weeks, especially because at this point in my life I'm usually only home for, at most, a couple weeks at a time.

I was hesitant before this run, as I am looking forward to a couple weeks of down time, but once we got going I was happy to be out and actually felt quite good.

About a week ago I decided I would just run with Anders until I leave this coming Monday. We're both here right now, and running is one of our favorite things to do. And then after this week the next couple will bring some good recovery, and running when I want to and whenever and for whatever distance my crazy schedule up at camp allows.
