3 mile warm-up with Anders .

Then 1x300 @ mile

4x150 @ cruise

Was it hard? No.

Can it really be called a "workout"? No.

But it was fun, I got to turn things over a bit, it put some spice into some miles, and hopefully helps the transition back into actual training come smoothly and quickly.

Anders did 3x (400@ date mile, 300@ goal mile, 200@ 800) that I wrote for him, and looked great.

Patience Patience Patience.

Also, I've now run 4 days in a row for the first time, I checked, since early November. Hah! HEY-O.
