Woof! Really fun and really challenging workout.
Had Anders and Mark for company and that made it WAY more fun.
4x [800 @5k, 400@ mile, 200 fast]
60s between pieces and 3 min between sets
First two sets felt good, the third was challenging, and the 4th was pain cave all the way. But we got it done! And it was fun. I haven’t done that in two years and I loved every second of it.
Splits; not in chronological order, but by distance:
800’s were: 2:57, 2:54, 2:51, 2:55
400’s were: 81, 80, 80, 80
200’s were: 34, 35, 33, 36
Ouch!
