After we got Anders' It Band thoroughly rolled and stretched out, we headed for the gym to get a sweat on after an emotionally challenging run for him. He called it a terrible failure, and we've all been there. Went to the gym to pump some iron so he could feel like he did something. He hasn't run healthy in 8 weeks and is starting to go stir crazy.
5 min plate drill: bicep curls, overhead press, tricep extension
Alternating Bar Bicep Curl: 3x8, 45lbs, and push-ups, 3x15
Bench 2x20
Lat Pulldown 3x10
Roman Chair abs
